Review Time
my husband rang to say that our boiler had stopped working after we had a local guy out who told us it would be a warranty job, the weather was very cold and we had no heating or hot water, he phoned at 11.50am on Monday and was told they would put it though as an emergency. The local company that you use did not get the email till late Monday evening by which time all the engineers had been allocated the jobs for the next day.The engineer arrived on Wednesday morning and it took him about 15 minutes to fix the boiler, well done to the engineer shame we can't say the same about the person who took the original call for help.
Contacted Ariston, they were very helpful from the start, booked me an appointment which was fine. Then received a call from the engineers to arrange a time and date. All arranged but then I had to change it which wasn’t a problem. The engineer arrived and was very friendly and helpful, sorted the issue in super quick time. Highly recommended
Only not giving 5stars because of the initial experience.The 4stars only reflects the service from Nuzrat Jabar a senior manager at Ariston who took hold of my matter after 5weeks of no progress and swiftly dealt with the partner engineers, parts etc to resolve the matter within a few days. Thank you so much Nuzrat you dealt with this superbly and it's only due to your efforts and resolution I've given 4stars. Otherwise I would be giving this 0stars.
