A boiler two and a half years old…

A boiler two and a half years old breaking down, then repaired after numerous engineer visits then supposedly to be fixed breaks down again last week. Engineer who came was very nice repaired it. It was the tiny clock put in after first breakdown that was the problem. Not happy with Ariston boilers, cannot say this one is reliable.

Engineer came out within 2 days of asking.He put my mind at rest. I am 90 years old and really feel the cold.He soon found the problem and he left with everything nice and tidy.

Continuation of warrantee saga. AVOIDE ARISTON AT ALL COSTS

Continuation of warrantee saga:-We changed the entire vertical flue (£550) and the boiler didn’t work.The engineer was resent and he changed the PCB and altered the gas valve and the boiler miraculously worked.Who’s going to pay for the non faulty flue change?Let’s let the court decideI have 3 gas safety records (one per year) which prove the flue was not faulty on installation.We have common sense Now their costs will explode when I win this.
