Originally , I tried to order some tiles from a different company , but they wouldn’t let me get the number of tiles I wanted , or should I say - I asked several times , by email and chat bot and got no answer….their site only allowed me to buy boxes of 100, around 50 more than I needed , so I ended up choosing tiles at Artisan , and after speedily getting samples (free delivery) I chose exactly how many I wanted with no issue . Their communication was great at all times , and I appreciated 5%off. My partner picked up the tiles in Doncaster and said that everyone was very helpful ,we haven’t laid them yet but everything appears fine with the tiles .Thanks for everything . Jo and Andrew.
We ordered some beautiful tiles, but we were one tile short of a 60x60 for our floor - when we went to order more we were gutted to see they were out of stock. Stacey from the customer care team was really helpful on the phone and after some digging around she called us back to say she found us one more box! She told us to jump on the site before putting them live due to the 'notify when back in stock' requests they had pending. We manage to buy them and us and our tiler are super happy.
Beautiful tiles and I am very happy with them. I also want to give credit for the fantastic customer service I received from this company. There was an issue with my delivery, due to the fault of the carrier, and Artisan Tile Company put this right for me immediately. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again!!
Im absolutely not the sort of person to write reviews. However the delivery driver Jed was an absolute delight. He unfortunately had some issues with his van and was running behind delivery schedule. He called me to inform me which was really useful. He was exceptionally friendly and informative. Aside from the tiles being great, i would order from this company again just to have the cheery interaction from Jed
