Exceptional service and a high quality product.

Customer service personal are very professional and courteous. The Portable toilets were top quality and the weekly service persons ensured they were cleaned to a very high standard.

They are thieves, take your business elsewhere

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a reservation over a month in advance of my event. I was charged but never sent confirmation of my order. A week before the event I called to confirm my order. I called multiple times, I filled out the help form on the website, and I emailed. No one ever contacted me back. Finally I was given a confirmation number by someone on the phone. The day of the delivery, Thursday, I called again to confirm, was assured that the portable toilets were going to be delivered. Delivery day passes with no delivery. The next day, Friday the day of my event, I call again. Was told by the first person I spoke to that I was on the list for delivery, that my portable toilets were on the way. Then I am contacted by Mel from ASAP who says the local vendors were actually never given my order and they won’t be able to deliver until Saturday morning, three days late. I said I would not pay for the toilets if they are delivered three days late, my event would be ruined. Mel told me they did not have the authority to give me a refund and would contact their manager. In the mean time I call local vendors and find someone to deliver portable toilets same day. Then Mel from ASAP calls me back and says they can deliver because they found another vendor, the same vendor I found on my own. I said no please cancel my order I already found someone. Mel, said no I would not be able to cancel my order because I said I would accept delivery one day late. I explained to Mel that he had just explicitly told me I would not get the delivery until Saturday therefore I took my business elsewhere and a refund was in order. Mel was very rude in tone, said I would not get a refund and his manager would call me to discuss. I never received a call from the manager, no toilets were delivered and ASAP still has my money. They are thieves! Take your business elsewhere!***edit to follow up***They did not refund my money I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Additionally, a couple of weeks ago they charged an automatic debit of $1079 on my card for ‘servicing’ the porta potties that were never delivered. I have also had to dispute this fraudulent charge with my bank and block the merchant entirely.

Company no showHow many stars do you give a company that didn't call, didn't show up (nor intended to) and still hasn't returned my money? Waited and waited for my 2 portapotties to show up and I could wait no more. Called them around 5pm to find out we were just put as overbooked and never told about it. Had to pay a different company a 200$ emergency fee to get them there in time, which THEY did. Best, they sent me an email saying they'd already returned my money friday when its currently Tuesday and they still haven't issued a refund. I wish I had googled more beforehand, I could not recommend this company any less. If your event is important, you simply cannot trust them to do their job.

We ordered porta potties for a weekend event. After getting an 11 hour delivery window we called back two days before the event to see if they could give a nearer estimate. Turns out they had cancelled the week before. NO Notice. NO Call. NO Email. Highly unprofessional. Use anyone else.

Scammers and liars

I ordered a dumpster from ASAP and everything was fine until they picked it up. I noticed I was getting charged even though it was picked up. I called and told them stop. They said they would contact the person who picked it up. It kept happening until I called my bank and told them to stop payments on that particular company. Now they’re sending me a notice to put a lien on the property for $1000. Disgusting company, do not use them.

I am responding to your comment back,on your cancelation of my dumpster..you said I was contacted within an hour and that is not true I had no calls or emails canceling anything, I had to call a second time in order to get the information about the cancelation....There is an issue in my opinion when you rent and require money ahead of time....And by the way I spoke with someone there who told me that my contract for the dumpster rental states that a rental is not guaranteed...problem with that, is that, that contract is not sent to you until after the dumpster is rented and money is sent...not guaranteeing a rental once ordered and paid for should be verbally spoken of before the rental is finalized, not after..This whole situation caused me more money because I then was ordering a replacement dumpster more immediately...because I had to wait until the 11th of July to get a different rental (Rented tge 1st one from ASAP on the 3rd). I had to wait for my money to be returned to me (It took 8 days!!) I spoke with my bank and was told it was the company that placed the hold on my money, all other transactions I had made all cleared 3 days before..ASAP Site Services..

Horrible company

I was quoted a price to have two outhouse tanks pumped out. I spoke to a rep on the phone 2 different times and it was clear exactly what I needed and what the cost would be. On the day of the service I got a call and they wanted more money. The person on the phone was extremly rude.

Not trustworthy

Horrible experience! I was quote verbally and in writing that the pricing scale is per gallons NOT per unit. I even specifically asked if it mattered that I have 2 or 4 units and was told NO. It's by the gallon. Right before my event, thet arrived to clean out the units and were surprised there were 2. Called us to confirm there would be a double charge! No way! Scam! Do not trust this company.
