atlantic courier picked up the items from home and collected all the payment, in advance, saying they will take care of everything and there wouldn't be any additional charges at the time of delivery.....1 week became 2nd week then 3rd week and still no news of the package..... Finally I received the package after 40 days and only after paying an extra $94 to customs for release while it shouldn't have taken more than a week, in total, for delivery. No updates, no response when contacted during the entire period. I also noticed that some of the items were missing from the package. atlantic courier never informed us why those items were not put in the box nor did they bother to ask us to come and collect those items from their office. Those items are lost for good. This is the most crooked way of running a courier business. Avoid these guys and save your money and unnecesary anguish.

Parcel drama

I have ordered a parcel on the 11th of january and it was transported via Atlantic Courier. In the beginning we received accurate updates but when it came to custom clearance we saw that the package has been send back to a warehouse in London... When I mailed them about my situation they told me that it has indeed been send back to their warehouse and that I need to pay extra charges so that they can resend the parcel... Why should I pay for THEIR mistake !?!? It is their responsibility to send the package to me! The audacity... unbelievable!

DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCEL THROUGH THEMI’ve had the worst experience sending my parcel from Punjab to United Kingdom It was sitting at the Delhi airport for 25 days, and these guys kept lying that the parcel has reached United Kingdom and that it is stuck in the clearance process. They won’t update the status so there’s no way you can track the courier right away. The so called ‘madam’ who handles it all is never available or will do everything in her power to dodge your calls. It’s been 12 days I have sent my parcel and I have no idea where it is right now. The company who they claimed handles their delivery service in Uk doesn’t recognise their company, let alone be tracing the parcel through any numbers. I have wasted 15k Rupees, save yourself from the disappointment and heartbreak.
