I had a very disappointing and harassing experience with Atlantic International Express.📦 I booked an international shipment from Warangal (Courier World – their partner) to France on 23rd May 2025 with Tracking ID 9220915651. The parcel was delayed by almost 3 weeks, and when it finally arrived, most of the items were damaged and spoiled, including food items and a stainless-steel water filter.✉️ Before shipping, Atlantic Courier Services had clearly promised in writing via email (from their Manager, Mr. Alloysious) that if items were damaged, they would refund both the value of the items and the freight charges. I have preserved all these emails as proof.❌ But after the damage was reported, the company has been denying refund, ignoring my mails, and offering only a so-called “goodwill gesture” of reshipping a few items instead of honoring their written commitments.📞 Their customer service staff (Khushi, Karishma, Taniya, Komal, Shraddha) have been unprofessional, hanging up calls, and refusing to forward me to the manager. The manager, Mr. Alloysious, has stopped replying to my emails entirely.⚠️ Courier World Warangal (their booking partner) even told me directly to “go to High Court, Supreme Court, or police, you won’t get a single rupee back”. This is outright harassment and mental agony after 3 months of follow-ups.👉 This is a case of deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, misrepresentation, and harassment of an international client. I am now preparing to take legal action in India (Consumer Court, Warangal) and also escalate to international consumer authorities in France with all documentary evidence.💡 My advice: Avoid Atlantic Courier Services at all costs. They do not honor their written commitments, provide false assurances, and treat customers poorly when problems arise.

WORST company ever - DO NOT USE THEM

WORST company ever. Absolute worst service. My parcel is stuck there for over 3 weeks and it was supposed to be an instant airfreight service. I paid as much as I would have for DHL and got the most horrible service.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. they hide the so called testimonials that are at all negative from there own page. An executive working at the company called and talked to my mother in a derogatory, defaming and extremely unprofessional way.

Worst courier company ever.

Worst courier company ever.My parcel was picked up by their staff (name – Narsima Koli) but after booking, I never received any tracking details, updates, or my parcel back. Every time I contacted them, they kept giving false excuses and did nothing to resolve the issue.Because of their negligence, my goods were damaged and there was no responsibility taken by anyone in their team.Completely unprofessional and irresponsible service – highly not recommended.

Terrible courier experience

Terrible courier experience. I sent a parcel from Pune to Dublin, and it arrived with several items badly damaged. When I reached out to customer care, they outright refused to help or offer any kind of insurance claim. According to them, insurance only applies if the parcel is lost — not if it’s damaged in transit. They also claimed their responsibility ends at pickup, and anything that happens during transit isn’t their problem.As a so-called resolution, they offered a “discount” on my next shipment — which is honestly insulting. The customer support team is completely unhelpful, staffed with people who either don’t understand or don’t care about proper communication.Avoid this courier service at all costs.

Uncertainty in receiving the parcel stuck at Frankfurt

Worst serviceWorst service, false information, no customer support, and no commitment.They completely ruined my daughters food items — all her dry fruits , cloths and other household items are stuck in courier. The parcel was cleared from GERMANY-FRANKFURT customs 8 days ago, yet they still haven’t delivered it. worried whether she will get or not, don't rely on this courier. Tracking seems fake. You cant get contact number of their counterpart.

I had one of the worst experiences using Atlantic International Express to ship a parcel from India to Australia. My package has been stuck at Australian customs for over four weeks, and during this entire time, there was no proactive communication or support from their team.Worse still, when I finally reached out myself, I was suddenly informed of extra inspection fees—charges that were never disclosed upfront. This felt completely arbitrary and dishonest.To add insult to injury, their Australian WhatsApp contact has been completely unresponsive, ignoring my messages and calls for days. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and transparency is truly shocking.Atlantic International Express not only caused significant delays to my shipment but also attempted to force unjustified, hidden charges without explanation or evidence. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a courier company.I strongly urge others to avoid this service at all costs. There are far more reliable and transparent shipping companies out there. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking.Atlantic International Express not only delayed my shipment significantly but also tried to push unjustified charges on me without any proof or explanation. There is zero professionalism, zero transparency, and zero responsibility.I strongly advise others to stay away from this service. There are far more reliable and transparent courier companies out there. I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer authorities.
