Agent(Narsima Koli) hurls cuss words and abusive language after the payment

My recent experience with Atlantic International Courier was an absolute nightmare, primarily due to an employee NARISMA KOLI. He was chasing me daily till picking up parcel and collecting payment, promising an invoice and tracking number. That's where the positive interaction ended.Immediately after payment, Koli became unreachable and incredibly rude, consistently making excuses like being "in a meeting" ,"at lunch","outside office " for an entire week.When he finally replied, gave me a dysfunctional mobile number. Upon confronting him, he resorted to swearing and using cuss words, threatened to stall the delivery if I inquire further. I even have call recordings to substantiate this.Their customer care is equally appalling. Their support email ID also appears to be a hoax. It was only through my own persistent efforts that I managed to secure a tracking number: 9220927022. Till date no one knows about the where the parcel is.You fall prey for their low prices but end up in immense frustration and misconduct. Wanted to assign zero or any negative ratings if possible.

Hi my self Syed shah Imran. Sorry for my language but one of the wrost disgusting and I don’t hv any more words to make it clear how disgusting and careless is this company no good response and they said my courier will take 6 to 8 working days now it’s been 20 days and my couriers is still in Delhi 10 days in Mumbai and renaming 10 days in Delhi and this is not funny and good as well no proper updates of my courier and if you are not able to do your work on time then why you say lie while making the service that it will be only 8 working days and you are charging proper amount but the service is shit

Terrible

Terrible. Parcel stuck in Mumbai for 5 days with no updates. Later asked for same information which was submitted 7 days ago. No apologies, defiant when challenged and clarification about when parcel is going to be sent. Big black hole :(:(:(:(:(:(:DO NOT USE

Terrible, they have no idea where anything is or how it shows up, impossible to deal with or track. They should not be legally allowed to be a courier company in Canada.

VERY PATHETIC service.

VERY PATHETIC service.We used their service to courier our households from India to USA. Most of the plastic jars are broken. Most of the crockery broken. The packaging is very much poor. I will never recommend Atlantic service to anyone. Please be aware before choosing its service

I would rate 0 to this courier company, My family sent it from India with love but it has been 15 days now my parcel has not been delivered yet.Customer service couldn’t help, they just keep on saying to email and on emailing they just keep on saying to wait until they could contact other team and it’s been 5 days that they have not been able to contact their team and track my parcel.Bullshit courier company ever

non delivery of parcel / zero feedback

i sent a parcel from bangalore through atlantic courier, containing indian coffee to my son in paris, meant for his landlady, who cared for him like her son, and after a fair period of time, it reached paris but delivery was attempted at an area which was not connected to the pin code given in the address. the tracking just gave a message 'could not be delivered'. the courier did not even attempt to reach out to the addressee, though phone number was given. my only point of contact was ms.avishka, who doesnt answer calls or respond to messages and the local bangalore office of atlantic forwards the number of ms.avishka. It does not matter if a parcel could not be delivered for any reason, but the company can at least give some feedback of efforts made in this direction or status. there is complete silence from ms.avishka. I dont know how they even operate, with no accountability, responsibility or conscience. i will communicate with all my known groups never to engage atlantic courier. they will frustrate you.

Horrible Service with Atlantic International

There is no option for Zero rating else I would have given. Pathetic service and unknowledgeable employees. Not able to deliver the parcel on time and you have to reach out constantly to get an update and still you won't get any updates from them. Such a shitty service.
