the worst delivery service ever the told they will delivery in 10 days after 15 days still haven't got my delivery yet. now in tracking its showing you are not there at home so we cant delivery. they didint called me or anything how can i know they came for deliver
I would give them no rating but I want to say it out to people that they are not responsible. We have approached the courier service in Hyderabad and the person came home to pack the stuff and just dump them in the carton , when my family asked to pack properly so there would be no breakage he replies even though if he packed well the airlines would just throw the shipment into the aircraft and it might also break.Then he didn’t note down the list of products when asked about this he says my boss will handle the stuff. The shipment arrived in the country where I reside then customs contact me because they just declared the amount and there's no list of items mentioned ! We contacted the person who was in charge of our shipment he then prepares a performa with items which are not even there in the parcel (I have sent the list of items before hand) and then he doesn’t answer the calls , if in case he answer he’s so in hurry he never listen to us.My shipment didn’t arrive till date when I contacted the main office they send me the same message that they are checking and will update which I didn’t get till date.Pathetic Service and very irresponsible people !
In this 13 years i got 100's of parcel and never disappointed. First time using atlantic courier and never experienced anything like this before. Every step/ update would take 4 working days. Nothing is happening, Dont even know If I get my parcel. Worst service, Worst Updates, Just waste of your money and time. Paid 20,000rs.
I utilized the services of Atlantic courier to ship my household belongings, including kitchen items, wall hanging frames, and vessels, weighing approximately 120 kilograms, from Pune to the USA. They charged me around 74,000 INR, which equates to a rate of 625 INR per kilogram. The packaging provided by them was hastily done and of poor quality. Despite their promise to arrive in the morning, they showed up after 4 pm, and only one person hurriedly packed my belongings.I inquired if I could safely send my suitcase, mainly containing clothes, and they assured me it would be fine. However, upon receiving my packages in the USA within 7 days, I discovered that 70% of my items were damaged. The vessels had dents, the suitcase was completely ruined, and other goods suffered damages as well.When I contacted the Atlantic courier team to claim compensation for the damaged goods, they responded bluntly, stating that airlines do not honor claims for damaged suitcases and luggage. This situation resulted in a substantial loss for me, and I strongly advise against using their services. They fail to handle goods with care, and they refuse to honor any claims for damages. I recommend avoiding them altogether and opting for a more professional courier organization. In fact, I am taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to address this matter.
