asking more money from receiver

my sister sent a package from Noida India she paid for fastest service after like 8 days of delay they asked me to pay more here to receive the package excuse me have u told anyone about extra payments? such a waste and fraud these people are i said u can keep the package. even though i can pay it but if u dont mention any charges earlier then i m not supposed to pay

First few weeks the tracking wasn't…

First few weeks the tracking wasn't showing anything at all. after 2 weeks the item showed received in their warehouse. form 14th Jan to 27th Jan no movement, contacted them many times, reply comes waiting for flight confirmation. Now my supplier informed me that they have missed placed my parcel. What a junk of Cowboys & Jack/Ass.

Terrible service

Terrible service, item with courier since 11/01/2025, still not shipped to SA by 26/01/2025. No responses to requests for updates, or confirmation of delivery date. By far the worst international shipping service I have dealt with. Would never recommend

My courier is missing worth $2000 which I sent from Atlantic Courier and its 50 days gone and still not delivered to USA.. I have worst service ever. Non of the team member is taking responsibility to deliver this. Can anybody help?

I have shipped my bag from Poone on…

I have shipped my bag from Poone on 23rd Nov to Toronto.I am still waiting to receive it.When I call them for tracking number.That number only work on their own website link All these days updates says Custom clearance at Canada.I even went to office in Toronto personally.However with their AWB number self clearance office could not track my bag.Lady Deepa at local office in Poone.said on 27th Dec that we will receive within 3 business days.Nothing happen.Very scary and annoying service.No clue for 11 digit AWB tracking number

Pathetic service

I recently used their service to send parcel from Trivandrum to Edmonton.Before booking ,I clearly conveyed to the sales, MsSwamini , that the parcel contained food items and important medicine. She assured me that it would be handled properly and even agreed to provide updates throughout the transit .While booking, I was informed that the TT approx 15 days .However I never recieved any proactive updates from Ms.Swamini. Whenever I followed up I was given vague and unsatisfactory responses. To make matters worse the tracking website wasnt updates ,leaving me in dark about my parcel. After much frustration , the parcel finally reached on 8th Jan'25, but in a terrible condition .The food item covers were torn and had to be disposed . the clothes were unfolded and in complete disarray. It was incredibly disappointing , especially considering the high cost I paid for this service .I even sent an email explaining the situation and the delay but no one responded .I cannot recommend their service based on what I went through . VERY POOR SERVICE

I want to give minus star if possible

I want to give minus star if possible. How can you delivered the stuff to wrong address when address is mentioned in the airway bill. No call before doing the delivery if the person is available or not. than what is the meaning of courier? what you commit never do it on time. Worst courier experience ever in my life. Never recommended to anyone for the same.

Atlantic International couriers is stupid courier services I had ever faced.You can expect negligency,ignorance rather than your parcel delivery.Narsima Kohli is the worst staff ever they did not deliver my parcel even though it's a month (India to UK) waste of time and money.Do not trust them.Rating 1 is more than they deserve.Low trained staff ( Hyderabad prakash Nagar branch)dont even know how to communicate with customers.

They are thief’s

They are thief’s, I haven’t received my package since september. No one has any idea when my package will arrive. Used DHL for a separate package and received it in two days but in two months I haven’t received my package from Atlantic couriers. They are scamming people!
