ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR PAYMENT THEY SAY THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TELL THEM TO REFUND YOUR MONEY THEY WILL HARASS YOU TO BUY AN ALTERNATIVE ITEM YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO ACCC IF THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY. 😡😡😡
They are horrible to deal with , we purchased hot stones and they sent the wrong ones and then made us pay through the roof for postage, had informed them we needed the refund back into a different account because we were undergoing a fraud situation and they went ahead knowing this and put it back into the fraud account giving it to the wrong person. We now have lost money and their legal team is shutting us down. Never buy from this company they are negligent and bad to communicate with, happy to send further pictures of emails to prove it but please be warned !!!
