Figured I'd leave a review since I just went through the whole car-buying process myself. I traded in my old SUV for a new Audi Q3 a little over a month ago. So far, it's been exactly what I needed.It's a nice step up from what I had before. The inside is really quiet on the highway, which I appreciate, and all the materials feel solid. I'm still getting used to all the tech, but the basics are easy to figure out.It's the right size for me. It's easy to park and handle in the city, but I still sit up high and have plenty of room for my stuff. I've taken it on one longer trip and it was comfortable for that, too.Is it the most exciting car ever? Probably not. But it's comfortable, seems well-built, and gets the job done without any drama. It feels like a practical choice that also happens to be a nice place to sit.I knocked one star off because some of the tech features feel a bit like overkill for what I actually need, and we'll see how it holds up long-term. But for now, I'm more than happy with it.Pros:• Comfortable and quiet ride• Feels well-built inside• Practical size• Has decent pickup for getting on the highway• Acceleration is smooth, not jerkyCons:• Some tech features are (in my opinion) unnecessary
By far, the best experience in a dealer of my all life and I have had quite a lot of cars in the last 35 years. Nice, competent, good advice, not pushy for sale but proposing the options that fit what you are looking for.If you are planning to lease an Audi, dont look further, this is THE place to go to have the best experience.
I ordered my Audi Q3 back in July 2025, with a promised delivery by the end of the year… here we are in February 2026 and still nothing! Endless excuses: chip shortages, production delays, logistics issues… but after a full 7 months, I'm still waiting for a car that was supposed to take 4-5 months max.It's ridiculous! You pay a fortune for a "premium" brand and they treat you like you don't matter. The dealership ghosts you when you ask for real updates, zero transparency, zero respect for customers who are putting down serious money.This has been a complete rip-off and waste of time. If you're thinking about ordering a new Q3, think twice—go for stock/ready-to-deliver cars or switch to another brand altogether. Audi is losing customers fast with these insane wait times.1 star only because you can't give zero. Never buying Audi again if this is how they operate!
I part exchanged my 17 plate A5 conv for a 20 plate A5 conv just over 12 months ago. A few days before I was to pick up my new car I was told the MMI system was faulty and needed a new one. It took over a week to have a new one fitted, I had to do all the ringing to see how it was coming on. Forward 12 months the MMI system is faulty again! over a week of ringing Audi Erdington passed from person to person no call back at all about trying to have an apparent new 12 month old MMI system look at/diagnosed I’ve had no response! I’ve even sent a complaint email to their complaints service I’ve still had no reply from them either. I was told to ring Audi stoke, Audi Stafford who could help me both wanted to charge me over £140 just to diagnose it. I can’t get to Erdington with out use of a curtisey car and they’ve no cars till September!!I’ve still a useless faulty MMI system, absolutely poor customer service I bet if I was buying a car from them again they’d be all over it. I was told the system cost £4000 as if I’ve that kind of money to pay for it, something like that should have at least 2/3 year warranty on it. Will never use them again! Thanks a lot Audi Erdington NOT!!
