Review Time
After a month or so trying to get hold on the hotline in Denmark, I got through and my problem is solved. Spite the wide opening hours time slot, it was difficult to get through. ONE has to learn how to use the hotline. once you go through all the yagi-yagi of data privacy and question if you want to give your opinion (not the right when you are already p-off)- You get to choose between the next available assistant or the engaged assistant. if you choose the fist and lucky enough you get auto-played music, if you choose the second option, you miss the line and asked to call later. There is also a call option, you need to give your name, tel. number and the object of the inquiry, they never call. You got to insist if you want you case solved. Once you get someone on the line, the good dialogue starts, which helps forget the hustle you've been through. Now my problem is solved, and I am happy. My issue regards the assistance to My-audi connect. I am in Denmark, but have contacted just by chance Audi USA, asking to send screen shots, an an explanation of the issue, I did, the response came right away, asking my to contact digitalsupport.dk-at-audi.de. I I did now it has been 2 week since I received the autoreply... I sent a reminder still ´waiting. How people are paid to a job, got paid but the job is not done, this is prejudicial to the Audi brand. A brand avert Audi employee must care off, sad really....
Took car into Whetstone for service and mot. Asked for a couple of items to be looked at at the same time which they said nothing about. They didn’t leave the wheel nut lock key in the car and the service centre doesn’t answer the phone and main number just keeps putting through to them and said the best thing is for me to go and collect it in person - so I have to waste at least 45 minutes of my time to do a round trip because they hadn’t returned this routine item. In over 20 years of getting mots done I have never had this issue. On the plus side it was a quick turnaround and the representative I had contact with was efficient and it was a nice touch having the video explanation.
I am delighted with the level of service provided by Audi Basingstoke. My requirement was managed by Tom in Service and Don, the driver who collected our vehicle from home for repairs, a big appreciation to both of them for demonstrating great professionalism. A big thank you to Alan Davies, Head of Business, for patiently looking into my concerns and making sure this was reserved immediately. I sincerely appreciate their gracious customer service, and the level of detail and accountability they have shown, as this has made a big difference in me purchasing my next vehicle with you. Went to buy a Audi a5 coupe from The Hyde approved used, the car was priced at £19850, everything was going fine all details taken car was ready for test drive, pictures of my own car taken for a valuation, was in the dealerships for around 30mins, this was going to be a cash buy, then the salesperson comes back to me and said the price on the car is wrong, and it should be £22999, just changed the price while I was in the dealership apparently human error, I think they get you into the dealership by pricing it low get you excited and then hit you with something like this hoping because you like the car they can get an extra few thousand of pounds from you, thought better of Audi this is a not what Audi is about or is it. They can’t treat customers like that. Even if it is human error they have it on there website and auto trader at a price then they should honour it it’s only fair. Don’t go to Audi hyde they will rip you off.
