After months of shopping around, I finally bought an Audi A5 Sportback, and it's been quite the experience.The sleek design immediately catches eyes without being flashy, and the Navarra Blue paint still makes me look back after parking. Under the hood, the 2.0-liter turbo provides plenty of punch for everyday driving, while the quattro all-wheel drive gives me confidence in all weather conditions.Inside is where the A5 truly shines. The cabin feels premium with its thoughtful design and quality materials. The virtual cockpit is brilliant - customizable and intuitive once you get past the learning curve. Front seats balance comfort and support perfectly, though taller rear passengers might feel the compromise of that gorgeous sloping roofline.Not everything is perfect. Road noise is more noticeable than expected at highway speeds, and the sport suspension can feel stiff on rough roads. Maintenance costs are definitely premium-brand territory.That said, for someone wanting a car that blends luxury, performance, and just enough practicality, my A5 has been a rewarding choice that still brings a smile to my face each morning.
We agreed for a delivery on 1st of November due to technical reasons it was changed to 5th of November.When we went on 5th for car pickup the car was not there and ordered to be delivered. This was due some internal staff miscommunication. Hence we were just send home with no car. After two days we got the call that the car is ready in a day so we can pick it up but as we had no time anymore we got the car delivered at our home address.The introduction was sufficient but the Audi connect and app could not be set. And still the car is unable to connect to my profile. Waiting still for contact from service.
Just had my car serviced at Audi Tetbury and wanted to make you aware of what a fantastic customer Service experience I had. There was a slight mix up with me waiting for my car this was immediately overcome by Paige who was so helpful and courteous I’ve only had my car looked after by Audi Tetbury for a few months but I have to say all my experiences have been extremely positive!!
