I received a monitor as a gift, but it was defective as only one screen worked. I initiated the return process and provided all necessary materials, including a video, but three months later, I still haven't received the return label. I feel the company has no intention of processing my return. Look elsewhere for a monitor.
They are scammers. This website should be shut down. I purchased a product, but one screen didn't power on. I requested a return, but several days later, I still have not received any response regarding the return or refund. They are openly deceiving customers.
I ordered a screen, which cost around GBP £300. It was despatched by FEDEX, but Aura Displays decided not to require a delivery signature, so when the FEDEX driver arrived at my house, the package was left close to my front door, unfortunately from where it went missing before I came home to pick it up.After me having to chase FEDEX for information as Auda washed their hands of the matter, FEDEX advised that they had delivered as per the instructions.I have now been more than 4 weeks chasing Aura to either providea credit or send a replacement order as the fault lies with them.All you get is a customer services team (probably using AI) sending messages saying that are sorry and are looking into the matter and would come back with a solution which never happens.Every couple of days I get emails from their marketing team asking me to review my purchase. I have left 2 reviews, setting out my experience, neither of which have been published on their website.Do not buy from this company. They can't be trusted.
This company is not trustworthy. I placed an order, but the product does not work as described. I wanted to return it, but since then I’ve been stuck in an endless back‑and‑forth of emails.They keep asking for different things — including photos, and then telling me to upload the photos to a link that doesn’t even work. I still haven’t received a return label or any proper way to send the product back.Very poor customer service and shady tactics to avoid accepting returns. Avoid at all costs!
Order #AURA6819I purchased a Dual Boost Pro Gen 3 15.6” monitor from aura-displays.com on 7 July 2025. It arrived defective (constant screen flickering and hinges do not move into advertised positions).I immediately sent videos showing the problem, but the company delayed responding for over two months. After many emails, they finally sent a return label at October, it was only valid for 7 days while I was outside Malaysia due to work — a situation caused entirely by their delay.I informed them instantly and requested a new valid label but have been ignored since.Product remains unused and in perfect condition.I am now escalating through Shopify and OVHcloud Trust & Safety.I hope this review helps others avoid this stressful experience.
Nightmare. Bought the Aura display screen, it’s the wrong portal connection. Contacted them and revived an email saying had received and would be in touch soon. No contact, so I contacted again, again same email. I requested refund. No answer. Then they asked me to send photos of the box intact which I did. Another 2 weeks later they assured me I would receive a returns slip. It’s been almost 9 weeks. No refund email. I contacted again, and another BS email saying it’s on its way. This site has to be a scam. Do not buy from here. Frustrated that these companies can just pop up. Don’t not buy from them.
