Misleading about quantity. They advertising the covering square meters are complete false information. Supper tiny 500g container event not enough for 1 Square meter. Very disappointing.I going post a video of what we receive and and usage. So people can prevent from this scam. 20 L jar they mention on video not on the selection list at all.
This is yet another business purporting to be UK or European when in fact they are Chinese based. They pray on the good will of UK customers and when the products don’t live up to expectations they go silent and do not answer emails . I bought one of their widely advertised dash cams which are heavily touted on Facebook and Instagram. They are supposed to be wireless, therefore I assumed no wiring required in the car. But this is not the case with these either. They have to be charged via the 12v system in the car and then they can be unplugged and be used via the inbuilt rechargeable battery. This is not shown or mentioned at all in the advertising blurb!They also upsell other items alongside the dashcam leading you to believe (quite wrongly) that these are required or would be a useful addition to your purchase…… again, wrong. I genuinely believed that that the dashcam could be removed from the vehicle to be charged negating any need for vehicle wiring in order to use the dash cam….. NOT SO!ABSOLUTELY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!THIS RUBBISH THAT IS CONSTANTLY AVAILABLE ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS NEEDS BANNING!I for one will not be buying anything from these advertisements ever again.Remember, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Update 8th August 2025. Well, as expected, since the response from Aurora07 customer services on 26th July to my “RANT”, and subsequent response direct to the email they supplied, I HAVE HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Complete scam, for goodness sake DO NOT send this company any money. I’ve not yet heard of anyone getting a promised refund!! …. Me included
If I could do 0 star I would. I ordered wood paint for total of £25 Inc postage, ordered pure white. Email confirmed pure white. It arrived and big sticker on bottom said ‘camel white’. Contacted them many times and each time different rep answered no continuation just said same thing with each reply. They asked for photo or video of proof they sent it, their product? I sent both video and photos. Then every one of the dozens answering said they sent pure white. One even said the sticker is wrong but correct paint!! It’s PINK!Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AURORA07! Total scam company. Constant lies, stalling, more lies! I can’t get my money back, they refuse to accept a return or to send the correct paint. It’s totally useless to me and is going in bin. Lesson learnt never go near them!I paid via clear pay and they also say sorry but cannot get a refund. Please do not chance it they are scamming liars!
I ordered a pot of wood paint. When it arrived it was only half filled. I contacted the seller who said they would replace it if I paid for the postage. I agreed, but then had no more replies to my emails. Just an automated reply to say my problem had been addressed.I would like someone from their UK branch to respond.
i'm yet another victim of this set up, purchased a supposedly wireless dash cam,which it isn't, but to add insult to my mistake it appears 2 cameras were ordered, which i didn't,but there is no way to get a response from them, contacted PayPal who say i didn't attempt to cancel order, even though i supplied copies of there auto response,so as per everyone else avoid this company at all costs Update 01-08-25,complained again to PayPal,finally given an address to return goods,in China ,seller totally ignored all further contact,returned items sitting in chinnese customs now for over 6 weeks,which i think is an intentional act to avoid refunding,thankfully PayPal has now refunded all payments,so regardless of the seller response to this post,they will not respond to you,and there refund policy is mon existent,so again my only advice is avoid at all costs
I purchased a dash it was nothing like the one they advertised I spent the next six weeks writing to a AI computer you can’t win to send it back is over £22 they have various company names household products is one they are blatant scam
One star because I did actually receive the parcel. I waited a few weeks for it to arrive I'd actually forgotten I'd ordered it. I ordered "Wood" paint and upon opening the package I found it had opened and there was paint everywhere. I'd also ordered a clothing item which I realised too late I'd somehow ordered the wrong size and colour, (don't know how because I know I put in the correct details). I tried to change the order but they ignored my email and just sent it out a whole week later so they had time to change it. They then said they'd exchange with photos as proof I'd bought from them. Product came and to be honest the quality of the item is poor and I can't be bothered sending either items back. They require me to email them for returns forms, addresses etc but I don't have a printer. I'm disabled so it's just too much trouble. So in a nutshell I won't be using this company again. I don't know what condition the rest of the tub of paint is in so not even sure it's usable yet.
