First class service. I couldn’t get the registration info from the original owner that I purchased my scanner from. Thankfully Stacy was able to help transfer the account to my account, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to update my scanner.Very friendly and easy process which was very swift. I did have some concerns whether the site may have been one of those 3rd party sellers, but within 24hrs of supplying my Autel account details (on the genuine ProAutel.com) site, issue resolved!Thanks Stacy!!
