Sent a scanner back for a refund. Got authorisation and return address. The scanner was delivered by Royalmail and signed for. Never heard anything so emailed them. I was told they didn't receive it back and said the tracking was not proof. Out of pocket by £360.

I had paid around £2700 for a product I mistakenly purchased. I reached out to their support, told them I had made a mistake, and they were very responsive and refunded my money. Then they added to my order what I actually wanted to buy, and on top of that, my order arrived in 2 days... very fast. I checked the product, and they offered me 2 years of updates for it.
