Bought a mp808s-ts 2 years update software but only said 1 year when registered so spoke to some one on the WhatsApp and they sorted it for me the mp808s-ts is working spot on so fair and autel been helpful so fair. So positive for me so fair only own for a week. But very helpful

I have used Autel for a long time, very reliable and professional, and there overseas staff are very helpful and professional. If you need a professional diagnostics tool then these are the company to select, I have been in the trade for years and for the price and hardware and vehicle support list these are perfect.

About 4 months ago i bought the MaxiPRO MP8О8BT Pro KIT, sadly it stopped working. In 4 months of ownership I used it about 10 times. For few weeks I am trying to get some help from AutelStore without any luck. They claim 24/7 email support, but in reality they take weeks to replay the complaints emails. On the WhatsApp contact number, I ask something one day, the reply will be next day(if I'm lucky). Therefore I cannot recommend this. Very poor customer support, close to none!
