Review Time
O ordered brake discs and pads for my car for rear, and despite I provide them my VIN they mess my order and sent me the brake disc and pads for front. So I had to pay service labour and lost half of day. Is not the first time when the parts that I ordered and appear that are suitable for my car are not .
Ordered lights and wipers. Lights perfect but it took longer to be delivered than expected (tracking was poor - not sure if that was DPD or Autodoc failings) However despite ordering from an Irish website to be delivered to Ireland, Autodoc dispatched wipers for the LHD version of a Ford Focus. When I reported this to them, they "approved" return but at my cost. Return postage is €21 for something that cost €26. Not worth the hassle or the likely delay in delivery Be careful if you require a RHD specific part.Update: When I reviewed the service I was immediately contacted by their complaints team. With an offer to fund the return (via the courier company, which took some time) autodoc refunded me for the incorrect part (they dont stock rhd wipers for Focus - take note) In fairness the complaints team have been reactive and persistent in resolving the complaint. I would order from Autodoc again but only for car parts that are not region specific
30th December, I ordered parts, and they are still not dispatched. I'm getting tired of this company. Although prices may be low, the time wasted waiting to receive items, along with waiting for dispatch information, is ridiculous. And they do not care that you may need the parts urgently or that customers are waiting. Today, 5.01.26, I received information that the order is still being processed. A joke this company is...
First time ordering, on the app there is nothing to indicate how long delivery of specific items will take to ship. It's now 7 days and still isn't with a courier. Estimated delivery is 21days! No parts were out of stock when the order was placed. 3 weeks is excessive for car parts. If this info was given up front like it is on other platforms there would be no complaint as I would have just paid more to buy one locally.Review updated to 4 stars as the order was updated shortly after the initial review, will update to 5 if I get my delivery before 3 weeks. Thank you for the quick response.Delivery received 16/01 so updating to 5 star as the items arrived in fair time for this time of year.
