DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!If I could give a zero star review I would,I had a very poor and frustrating experience with AUTODOC and would strongly caution others before ordering from them.Order #154976436 was placed on 08/12/25 and paid for by card. When the part arrived, it was brought straight to my mechanic. As soon as it was taken out of the box, the mechanic immediately confirmed it was the wrong size and would not fit the vehicle. The part was never installed, never fitted, and never used — it was only visually inspected.The item was returned on 19/12/25, well within the 14-day EU cooling-off period.Despite this, AUTODOC refused a refund, claiming there were “clear installation marks.” This is simply not possible, as the part was never fitted or even attempted to be fitted. By making this claim, AUTODOC are effectively calling both me and my mechanic liars, which is unacceptable.What makes this worse is their attitude:They refused a refund outrightThey refused store creditThey said the item could only be returned to me if I paid delivery again, even though it is the wrong partThey then stated that the “matter is closed”, meaning they are keeping both the product and the moneySo to be clear: I am left with no part and no refund, despite returning the item on time and in unused condition.Customer service was dismissive, inflexible, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue fairly.
