Would highly recommend using this company. They have been very reassuring from start to finish following a no fault accident. Communication has been very good and courtesy car arranged which helped to ease the inconvenience. Positive experience with this company and would definitely use if I ever needed them again in the future
I had an accident which was not my fault. I did not want to pay excess so I looked online to get an idea. I found auto claim assist and they have been very helpful and professional especially Chris Haycock. From start to finish they sort out everything and I can only say thank you for a very well done job on my car. I can highly recommend this company.
Great company to deal with, I had never dealt with insurance companies prior to my non fault claim, I initially attempted to sort the claim out myself with the other drivers insurance company but after 2 hours of contacting his insurance company and their lack of interest I decide to call Auto Claims Assist after searching online and I am so glad I did. Ron and the team handled everything professionally from beginning to end. I dealt with numerous people at Auto Claims Assist during my claim from the staff at the office to the men collecting the damaged vehicle and everyone was friendly and eager to help in any way they can. I was involved in a no-fault accident, and my own insurance company has let me down badly after initially putting the claim with them (big mistake) they failed to provide a suitable replacement vehicle and offered something far smaller than my damaged car. I have only been on the road since March 2025 and unfortunately in September 2025, I had a no fault accident. It was only through word of mouth I came across Auto Claims Assist. They have been fantastic from start to finish with constant updates. Even when the full amount wasn't given by the third party, they were straight on the case making sure this was settled. I didn’t even know this type of service existed but I’m so glad I found them! They handled everything so smoothly — excellent service and super helpful throughout the whole process. I had a rental car for 4 weeks while my van was being sorted, didn’t cost me a penny and I won’t have a huge rise in my insurance and they made it all so easy. Couldn’t recommend them more!
