Excellent experience. Dealt with seamlessly and efficiently. I had a non-fault accident on September 21 2025 resulting in my car being written off. ACA handled the claim from start to finish, arranged a courtesy car immediately, and by 13 October 2025 I was paid out in full for my car.
Found this company by accident, as didn’t want to pay my excess for a non fault claim, and was googling how not to pay my excess. (A car drove into my empty car.) Rang them and they accepted me. They arranged a courtesy car, the repair garage, and the collection of my car. All was completed I had updates from the management company to advise what was going. My car was bought back. All the repairs completed. Was very simple and no claims on my insurance, just a notification.
From the 1st call to the time I picked up my car after the repair was completed, the communications was excellent. Even the courtesy car provided by ACA was a BIG surprise to me. Thank you ACA.
