Great staff and experience

From the first communication staff were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Ron was great at explaining everything needed and great during communications whether through email or telephone. The issue was resolved quickly and all taken care of without me needing to contact any insurances.

After I had a car accident which was not my fault whilst driving my wife’s car, my insurance declined to take over the claim stating that the car was not registered with them even though I had full comprehensive cover to ‘driver other cars’ (DOC). To add more stress, the at fault driver was also refusing liability even though there was witness to the accident (he hit my car whilst he was driving out of a pub car park, police were involved and he was penalised for reckless driving on the spot). I contacted Auto Claims Assist who kindly took over full management of my claim and immediately provided me with an executive car to use for the duration of the claim. Ryan was very professional, compassionate and kind to deal with, also communications and customer care were top class. The team managed all aspects of the claim, arranged for independent assessment of the value of the car, and achieved an insurance pay out that I and my wife were very happy with. They even gave us an extra 7 days with the car following settlement of the claim. Their whole service did not cost me a penny. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone who finds themselves in my situation to use Auto Claims Assist. They are the best…hence they deserve 5 starts for excellent customer care! Tich

Auto claims assist were brilliant

Auto claims assist were brilliant, they were sent to me via my insurance company after I had a no claims accident. They dealt with everything from getting my car collected to be repaired to getting a replacement car .They set me up a password so if anyone contacted me other than the people who were helping me I would immediately know. They kept me up to date with everything that was happening from time car was collected to my car being delivered back to me nd the replacement being picked up . I would highly recomend them
