I had a non fault claim and the whole process from evaluation of my claim and organising the repair of my car to providing a hire car was done in a very professional manner. My emails and text messages were always answered in a timely manner. Altogether an excellent service.
Our experience with Auto Claims Assist was very smooth and stress free from start to finish. There was no outlay at all. We were rear ended by an elderly driver whilst stationary in traffic but fortunately we had cameras installed on our vehicle and so there was no disputing who was to blame. We submitted the camera footage and our vehicle was sent to a bodyshop. We were given an equivalent courtesy vehicle whist the repairs were undertaken. One week later our vehicle was ready.We didn’t have to pay out any excess, never went through our insurance company ( who didn’t answer the phone when we tried to contact them ). We found Auto claims Assist to be outstanding and we would thoroughly recommend them for a ‘no blame’ claim.
Excellent company, took all the stress out of dealing with a no fault car accident claim. Professional and personable claims handler. Quick process, curtesy car arranged and salvage car took away my car promptly. Money for my car paid into my account within two weeks of accident.
