Excellent service

I was a bit sceptical to begin with after I read all the reviews and some of the issues people stated they encountered. Researched as much as I could about the company before contacting them re my non fault accident. However, it was the best decision I've made to trust them with handling this. Despite having the accident late evening on Christmas eve had a call back first thing on Saturday morning, exchanged a few details and carried out some checks keeping me updated throughout the day. By the next working day I had a very honest and in depth conversation re the process. They answered all my questions, were open and honest. Never felt pressured to sign up to their services, allowed time to think and call back if I had any further queries. Email with paperwork sent through first thing and by midday had a courtesy car delivered to the door, no cost to me, and no request was too much. Ron was excellent and kept in touch regularly to update re progress, chase payment from the insurance company and talk me through each step. Overall excellent service, timely communication, swift resolution, no delays re payment and very accomodating to requests and queries. 100% recommend and would use again. Ref no 166846

We had a car accident which wasn’t our fault and after reading the review about auto claims assist we decided to use them instead of using or own insurance company . They are an excellent company to work with they kept us informed about ever stage of our claim . We got courtesy car that we had for the full length of the claim and they got a really good offer for our car . And with it being an independent company, we don’t have to pay your excess. Couldn’t thank Ron enough for everything he done for us and highly recommend this company to anyone 5 star company claim reference 166861

I had a fantastic experience with Auto Claims Assist. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. My claim was handled within just a few hours, really impressive. The drivers were amazing, punctual and made the whole process stress free. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I truly can’t recommend them enough for anyone needing quick and reliable assistance after an accident. Definitely would recommend.

Hi I do not recommend auto claims…

Hi I do not recommend auto claims assist I’ve sent terms and terms of expenses losses and they have sat on them admiral insurance want to settle but auto claims assist have not passed paperwork on don’t trust them they never do as they say they will I’ve had to stop working due to this company not passing information on to the third parties insurance whom accept full responsibility for the collision I’ve been paid out for car but ended up chasing the payment myself but there was a trailer involved and that firms part of the same claim still waiting avoid this company they are out and out liars tell you there’ll sort it but don’t they have til Monday to sort the rest of the claim not at all impressed Even in the reply to this review they are still incapable of telly the truth do not use these are the worst company I’ve dealt with they still haven’t sent my losses to admiral because I’ve spoken with admiral constant lies then then they get found out in their lies don’t use avoid avoid avoid

Excellent Service.

The car that I bought in 2012, when it was two years old, was hit by another car which came out of a junction. I had kept it well maintained, so I wanted to keep it. They arranged this for me. They got the claim against the guilty driver done with no worry for me. Excellent Service and I can recommend them.

I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Auto Claims Assist has been absolutely awful from start to finish. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and used relentless pressure tactics. They would call constantly — sometimes five or more times in a single hour — especially right before Christmas, which caused me a huge amount of stress at an already difficult time. Yet when you need them to call you back or deal with your case, it takes them days to respond.They grossly undervalued my car without ever properly inspecting it in person and refused to refer me for medical help after an injury, leaving me hurt, out of pocket, and completely unsupported. Their communication is inconsistent and one-sided — you’re expected to drop everything to respond to them, but they can’t be bothered to treat customers with the same urgency or basic respect.I’m still owed money and they clearly care more about their own commission than about helping people recover fairly from an accident. The whole process feels exploitative and emotionally draining. Companies like this should be reported to their governing or regulatory body, they absolutely need investigating for their unethical practices. Avoid them at all costs
