Auto claims assist I could not rate high enough. They assisted me instantly when somebody hit my car and got me back on the road the very next day in a courtesy car. It was a tricky claim as the person tried to deny it was his fault but auto claims team battled this all the way and liability was accepted after the persistent hard work from the teams help. I will highly recommend using auto claims assist if you ever have an accident and want a professional team to handle everything hassle free. Will use again, can’t thank all the guys enough.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I would have been stuck without them. They were extremely efficient in taking down all the details of the claim, and the manner of the person I spoke to was very reassuring. Within a week they had secured an agreement from the insurers of the car that hit me, on the amount I was to be paid (the car was declared a total loss) and provided a 2024 Jeep Compass courtesy car.Mine turned out to be an awkward case because in the end it took 80 days for the other insurers (Admiral) to pay up, But this is the most amazing thing about Auto Claims Assist, in all that time they regularly chased Admiral and rang or emailed me to let me know the situation.I have never known a company to act on a situation without me ringing them first, so for me, this is customer service of the highest order, especially as they did this consistently over a long period.My claims handler Ron Parker was outstanding in all this, so knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. At no point was I asked for any money and Ron assured me they never would.The bottom line is that Auto Claims Assist got me £3,250 when I thought I was getting nothing. They rescued me, and I cannot thank them enough, or recommend them highly enough.
The team I encountered were working for ME, or this is what it felt like . I couldn’t praise them enough for their diligence . I wouldn’t hesitate to use this organisation again should I have to . In conclusion if you were ever wondering if a claims management Co could realise your expectations , have no concerns , as this Co went above and beyond .
I don't usually leave reviews but Ron and the whole team at Auto Claims Assist were brilliant. I was the recipient of a rear shunt and needed insurance to cover the damage. Auto Claims Assist didn't disappoint. Highly capable, professional, ever ready to help, punctual and polite. They got the job done with no hassles and on time. Highly recommended!!!
