Auto Claims Assist could not have made things easier when my car was hit by a lorry in the car park at work. It was my first accident and my first claim and I didn’t know how to handle it. Auto assist were brilliant. In 4 hours after I contacted them for the first time I had the hire vehicle delivered to my adress (brand new one). Ron explained all the process step by step, making sure I understood all. On 17 I contacted them for the first time and on 26 I had the money in my account. I’m happy that I’ve chose them to handle everything for me. Case 164877
I'm writing this review because I was a little dissatisfied with the attitude of the above people from the probability of a probable 'thin' case and they did not want to get involved. Although I gave them details about this minor collision including the driver and car involved, those from this insurance company of mine further with this case and giving me an implausible explanation that there are no witnesses or CCTV cameras even though they had the driver involved and guilty with pictures and everything else. Otherwise I think they are pretty good.received and respected
