After the accident I was contacted quickly by ACA who explained their role and kept me informed of progress with the claim which was sorted out successfully. Overall, I felt that ACA managed the whole process effectively.
Great service from start to finish, within one day my car had been collected, a garage assigned and a courtesy car delivered. All works carried out as timely as possibly only delay was waiting for the other insurance company to agree the works. Car delivered back to my house and courtesy car taken back! Brilliant, couldn’t ask for better.
