I had recently financed a vehicle…

I had recently financed a vehicle through a dealership. The dealership had me in an expensive autoloan with very high interest rate. Then, a few weeks later, I received a letter from AutoPay. I was able to refinance my auto with them. Money back in my pocket! The process was simple, handled very efficiently and quickly. The people at AutoPay are straight forward, very professional, and will save you money on your auto loans.I highly recommend AutoPay!!!

Horrible-DO NOT USE

This is the worst experience with a refinance offer! We got a letter stating we were preapproved for an auto refinance at 4.06%. We have excellent credit, so we decided let’s refinance our truck and save a few percent! So we let them “process” the offer and it came back at 7.5%!!!! That is worse than our current loan! Now we have a useless credit pull for no good reason by a no good company!!! DO NOT USE this company!!!! Here is the response from the company, which basically says the offer of 4.06% is a scam: For the lenders to make money right now they have to lend higher than what they’re receiving the money at which is 5.5%, that’s why rates that customers are getting are higher than that even. Harrison K hkell@ autopay.comEdit post reply: Based on the Autopay reply they make it sound as if they found something unfavorable on our end. So for anyone reading this you be the judge- my credit score is over 800 and the vehicle we were looking to refinance is a 2022 Ram 2500 with 5700 miles…..yes 5 thousand 7 hundred in still brand new condition. With that information you decide if you want to use this company based on the information provided in their misleading letter.

Deceptive Practices and Unfulfilled Promises

I recently received a letter in the mail from this company, promising a significant reduction in my loan payment. Intrigued, I decided to explore their offer by applying for pre-approval. However, my experience with them quickly turned into a nightmare.Firstly, they assured me that the credit check would be a soft inquiry, only to conduct a hard inquiry without my consent. This not only violated my trust but also impacted my credit score, which is infuriating given their false representation. After enduring their sarcastic and seemingly exciting offer, the reality hit hard. The promised drastic reduction in my loan payment amounted to a measly $2 change monthly, and little to no adjustment in APR. This not only fell far short of their grandiose claims but left me feeling deceived and cheated. The frustration and disappointment stemming from this experience cannot be overstated. It's disheartening to see a company resort to such deceptive practices, preying on individuals seeking genuine financial relief. In conclusion, my advice is simple: do not trust this company. Their promises are empty, their practices are deceptive, and in the end, the only tangible change you'll experience is a lower credit score. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for financial assistance.Edit: It's disheartening to see the lack of accountability. Instead of a genuine resolution, it's just another scripted message.

Pre-approval letter is nothing but bait…

Pre-approval letter is nothing but bait and switch. Says offer is valid 45 days if you maintain certain criteria on the back and thats a lie. They will take all your info and offer you an amount triple the qualification. Would've NEVER let them hit my credit if I had known it was a bait and switch. Even asked two employees to confirm it WASNT bait and switch and was lied to until they came back with their ridiculous offer. Somehow the first lady had my SSN BEFORE I ever called, she read my SSN out to me, not the other way around. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE BAIT AND SWITCH MAILERS. Also be careful, if you received one already they have your SSN without your knowledge...

Company will not give rate/term ranges without doing a hard credit pull and passing my information t

I just spoke to Bryan, both the website and he refused to give me rates with terms, even though all other lenders on the internet do that, without me filling out a credit application first and doing a hard credit pull to give my information out to "a network of lenders". He asked if I wanted to continue and I told him I could not answer that question until I knew what the rates were based on terms and his response was "have a nice day sir" .

RUN!!! If you value your time and you value…

If you value your time and you value service RUN! I contacted autopay for an auto loan, did the application and they said that they needed more info and set up an appointment to call us at 630pm this evening. My wife even changed her evening appointments to accomodate this call. Autopay could not be bothered to call us when they are the ones that set up the apointment and we moved our evening around to be on that call with them. They showed us how little our time means to them! There is no way we would ever move forward with a company that thinks so little of potential customers! The service in getting a loan has been a NIGHTMARE and they havre no clue what service is! RUN!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

What a waste of time

What a waste of time! I receved a snail mail letter saying these exact words "Autopay is excited to inform you, after a review of your excellent credit, you are pre-qualified to refinance your current auto loan wiht a new lower rate of 6.53%" A TOTAL CROCK - yes, my credit score is very high. Theyt jacked me around on phone calls for a week, wanting more an dmore information. In the end, after all that wasted time, they said they would refinance at a higher rate than I already have.I would suggest you avoid these losers.

Deceptive advertisement

Deceptive advertisement. They told me credit karma does not have full information. Their advert to me was $197 monthly after hitting my credit score , the agent called me and said my car payment which was originally $444 will be $463. I asked the agent how is that lowering my payment. I turned it down. Now they are texting and emailing me. You guys are not transparent in your business..I rather continue with my lender than deal with dubious company called Autopay. I am not done with you. I will report this company to credit Karma.
