Mark was really helpful, approachable and supportive. Although I was rarely able to attend the live sessions, I always watched the recordings and found them invaluable to make sense of what I was being asked to do. After years away from Education my tutor Mark Beacham has made my learning journey with Avado very manageable. There was quite a lot of initial technical confusion for my cohort and Mark went above and beyond to ensure the whole group was supported at every turn to get us back on track. He has continued to support us in this way through every module so far. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
I've used Avado in the past and they were excellent but they have gone downhill significantly.I called to enrol on a new course due to the experience I had with them previously but this time, I have been met with lack of contact, not answering emails or calls and a general lack of interest in signing me up. When I have now called to cancel my enrolment they just said 'OK' and agreed the cancellation. No discussion about why or even an attempt to see if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. Really poor service so i'm going to one of their competitors.
I was studying CIPD level 3 with this company and in my final assessment has been marked as failed as they didn't mark it properly. I have emailed and called and had no response via email and calls have not been returned. This course cost me over £1000 and I have nothing to show for it apart from a membership costing me every month and unsure to cancel it. I'm not happy and feel as though I am out of pocket
Currently in my final unit studying Level 5 in People Management with Avado and our tutor Britt is amazing! I love the sessions, she’s always something organised and they’re really interactive. Britt’s always happy to carry on and do extra time when we have lots of questions and need more help. She’s encouraged me to keep going and not fall behind, if I didn’t have Britt as my tutor I don’t know how I’d have gotten through the assignments. It’s really hard work but would totally recommend it for anyone prepared to put the work in, the learning material and resources from Avado is great and Britt you’re amazing!Thank you Britt 😁
