I have recently studying for my CIPD3 with Avado. I found the whole experience very rewarding, the support from my tutor, Anna Pang, was amazing. Always there to offer guidance, support and had a genuine enthusiasm for the subjects we were covering throughout the course.
It’s a great online study institution to study with where you are supported, learning is constructed well so you can understand the material and give you excellent knowledge in preparation for the job role. You can learn at your own pace and there are Live Sessions for help with the work. The tutor is very learned too. They go into depth as to what is needed for achievement. Please consider to join (and it’s easy to do so) with the company. You won’t regret it.
Everything was clear! And he was amazing listener! And answers was clear and simple to understand, also he was considerate to give me less price for the first mont. He’s great talker and speak so clear to understand( for people who’s English not first language) thank you for your time. The last thing i want to mention work hours end at 5 clock and he give me time after thank you again for the GREAT experience!
If you are in search of certification, knowledge and positive communication, AVADO is where to be for your HR learning, why? Learning methods and relationships are inclusive and very positive, I especially remember the assessment feedbacks, I'm grateful and would like to do more learning with AVADO.
It was a great decision to start my level 3 diploma through Avado. Thank you to Andrew Brine that was very helpful and let me know that my employer funded the course at the time (I didn’t even know this and saved me a lot of money!). Adapting to online learning along full time work was challenging but worth it. The learning resources were easy to take in, user friendly and relevant. A big thanks to Abbie Kirkham our course tutor for all the support, we really couldn’t have made it this far without her. It was great to be able to apply the knowledge gained through the course and I managed to change careers into HR, 6 month into the course and I found that it was much easier to also learn and apply the new information after already had experience in HR from my new role while before I never had experience and found harder to understand some topics in context. All in all I would recommend Avado, certificates took quite some time to arrive but student success and Abbie kept in touch with updates and we did have a big cohort. Congratulations to Feb 2021 cohort! It was nice working alongside all of you. Going to enjoy a well earned break before thinking of level 5 but no doubt I’d come back to Avado for it!
I was a student of the Avado CIPD about two years ago and it was the best decision to attend! I have only great things to say about my experience, tutors were excellent and always willing to help and greatly supportive. They are amazing, and always of help even after my course has ended. The curriculum and mode of teaching is second to none, I had great fun, met good colleagues. I would recommend AVADO to everyone. I actually have and two friends did courses as well and they are happy I introduced them. All my skepticism about online study was blown away as I was able to adapt well and learn easily. I got my certificate on time too. Thanks to everyone at AVADO CIPD. .
I would like to share my appreciation of this opportunity - it was an exciting learning journey with CIPD and Avado, and quite challenging, both in terms of complexity of study and timelines. Interesting comprehensive course units, lots of case studies, practical video/audio exercises, links to tons of additional reading – very encouraging and very motivating to invest your time in study. Very useful and important was the 4DEP - Developing yourself as an effective Human Resources practitioner course unit, and particularly – the Reflective Journal. The idea of keeping notes throughout of your learning process – brings considerable added value. Although not everything I learned can be directly applicable to UNICEF practice, still I was able to implement some improvements in my daily work, and many more to come.I would like to specifically mention expertise of the Tutor – Leslie Curzon, an HR professional of high caliber, sharing his knowledge and offering invaluable support to his students. Knowing the high standards and rigorous requirements towards students’ submissions, I felt really proud and encouraged to receive his comments with appreciation of my assessments. Also, to mention – excellent support of the Avado team! All technical issues (if once happened) solved promptly, with no harm to the learning process. The online platform is very user-friendly, well structured, all links active and working.THANK YOU! I enjoyed this experience and will be happy to continue my learning.
I’m thrilled to finally receive my certificate for the CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Diploma. I’m so proud of my achievement and really grateful to those who supported me whilst I was studying for this qualification. A huge thanks to Abbie Kirkham (Assoc.
