As an HR practitioner, I knew that the CIPD program would provide me with a curriculum focusing on essential skill areas that would help me with my daily Human Resources tasks.But little did I realize that, in addition to boosting my self-esteem and teaching me techniques that I had never had the chance to put into practice, this education would also open my eyes to the crucial role that HR professionals play in affecting the business. I learned from CIPD that HR professionals should participate in the decision-making process as well as implement it.However, this modality is now changing, especially in UNICEF where HR professionals are being urged and encouraged to adopt a more client- and partner-focused mindset. And this course has the necessary components to support HR practitioners in providing their services in the workplace confidently and successfully.I highly recommend that my HR colleagues enroll in this training. I had a fantastic time in the session, and the CIPD instructors are incredibly encouraging and watchful to see if a student is experiencing any difficulty so they can help. They also add to the joy of learning.
I called student success this morning. Troy received my call warmly expressing interest to address any concerns i have. It has been 3 weeks of back-and-forth emails between me and student success to resolve a password reset. Troy guided me through the trial, he reset my password until my successful trial & login. Kudos Troy, that is the exceptional service that keeps us happy and interested.

I really loved the CIPD level 3 course and felt well supported throughout the full course, however almost 1 year later, I have still not received my CIPD level 3 qualification. I have called and emailed Avado numerous times and they keep saying its delayed and should be done soon. This is just not simply good enough anymore. I paid a lot of money to get the qualification and now have nothing to show for it.Until they can get this sorted out, I will not be using them for the level 5 nor recommending them to anyone.
I had a very nice experience with the course. The material was very well structured, well presented, and easy to understand. There always the possibility to go deeper should you choose to do it.The course had a nice pace. The tutor lectures were always very helpful and insightful.
It has been an absolute pleasure to complete my (assoc) CIPD from the June 2021 cohort. A big shout-out goes to Grant Ward. Thank you for all the support and hard work you put in to ensure that we had all the necessary information, skills, and knowledge to make it through this last year of the CIPD.It was definitely not a stroll in the park, and your patience and composure in answering every query during the tutor sessions and cohort cafés were flawless, as well as you made the course content that much easier to get an in-depth understanding of. Teaching adults is never easy, and particularly when we asked many questions, or had doubts, or asked you to repeat a session, we never felt any question was a stupid one, nor did we feel judged, this is truly commendable as a facilitator. Every session was well structured, and well prepared, to ensure we had all the necessary learning points covered. I can only say, it has been an absolute pleasure having had the good fortune of being directed under your tutorage. It has been a pleasure to be part of the CIPD course. I can genuinely say that this certification has some of the very best one can look for in the area of human resources management. Firstly, I found the course intensive, and I was happy to see it is pushing me out of my comfort zone taking me towards learning relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities. Secondly, the course includes a variety of methods including very practical ways of engaging participants, learning by doing, i.e. we had an opportunity to conduct a practical video of conducting a performance appraisal with a peer/colleague or friend. Finally, the course is led by a tutor who can easily challenge your preset ideas and to help you think and analyze different HR related issues with a new lens.

As a learner, I find the week-by-week course schedule of the classes and projects beneficial for planning ahead. While the classes are available on-demand, you can't exactly work at your own pace. You'll have to put in the hours to complete the assignments or projects before the deadlines. The plus side is that it might encourage you to go beyond the norms!Considering that you'll get to interact with smart peers and trainers who are experts in their respective fields, there's nothing to lose.
