Baby Gold has Bad Quality Jewelry. After paying almost $1200 for a chain, it arrived with dents and it looked like it was gold plated or something. Really cheap. After receiving it I immediately called asking for a refund. They said, sorry NO REFUNDS. They offered a credit only (for more crappy jewelry?..no thanks). BEWARE...STAY AWAY. BABY GOLD IS A 100% SCAM
I have had a wildly different experience with BabyGold than other reviewers. I purchased multiple chains, earrings and a bracelet and love it all. It took me months to find a 14” chain, but Baby Gold nailed it. They are not cheap, but I personally find it high quality and worth the price. Their customer service is absolutely incredible. I had an issue with my order, and not only did they immediately respond to my inquiry, but also sent a replacement. I will continue to purchase from them, and highly recommend!
I would give 0 stars to them if I could. I bought earrings from them. Note the s on the end of the word earrings meaning 2, one for each ear. They sent me 1 earring and said this is what I ordered. That's how they sell the item but the order I received in email says earrings. The whole thing is just so ridiculous and exudes unfair business practices. I returned the 1 earring and now they are saying I have to use my credit to buy something else. I am disputing this.
My husband and I have purchased thousands of dollars of baby gold products over the years. I’ve read many of the other reviews referencing the “poor quality”… call me ignorant but I love the BG brand. Recently, we purchased a box chain and I was honestly underwhelmed with the value of the product in comparison to the price, just not the standard I’ve come to expect. I called and left a message on Thursday and received a call back from Adrian first thing Friday morning. Without hesitation he offered me multiple options to rectify my disappointment. I was shocked at how easily the complaint was handled. Adrian was friendly and efficient, an excellent representative of the brand. I will be making my next BG purchase this coming week. I will be a baby gold customer for life.
My experience with babygold is exceptional! Customer service is quick to respond in person, meaning you get a live person to help solve any issues. They are patient and informative. The quality of the items I purchased are beautiful! I’m really impressed . Shower, sleep in them and hardly ever take off, and gold is solid. They are legit with affordable prices.
The customer service at this company is the best I have received in…ever. I was able to speak with a human right away, no long wait times or frustrating pre recorded systems to get through. And even better than that, they were actually helpful. The customer service team continually communicated with me and made sure my order arrived in time for my special event. The cross necklace I purchased was absolutely beautiful, and I would recommend baby gold!
Low quality jewelry with no refunds they don’t make it clear that you can return but not get a refund. Since the quality was so poor I will be going through my credit card purchase protection because it is definitely a huge scam. The Huggies I got were too small for an adult ear and thin as foil. I didn’t even attempt to try it on out if concern it would break trying to open it.
