Ordered a pillow on 5 January 2024. Have sent several emails regarding delivery and still waiting for replies. Delivery advertised as 5-7 business days!Have requested a refund but unsure if this is a legitimate company as there are no phone numbers for contact. Also, they advertise a showroom at Noosa which is an empty warehouse!
Ordered a pillow to relieve some neck pain, it was the weekend prior to Christmas, thought l would get it after Christmas, Back Care processed the order super quick and dispatched it early, got it the Wednesday before Christmas, l am forever grateful to them for their efficiency.
