I have been a customer of Al Habib Bank for years, but my recent experience has been an absolute nightmare. For the past FOUR WEEKS, my debit card has been blocked for no valid reason, and despite multiple calls to the branch, calls to customer support, and endless excuses, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.This bank has ZERO urgency when it comes to fixing critical issues. The staff is lazy, incompetent, and completely indifferent—something as simple as unblocking a card (which takes 2 minutes in any normal bank) has been dragged out for a month with no solution. Meanwhile, they BOMBARD me with useless promotional messages, emails, and spam about loans and credit cards, but conveniently fail to notify customers about actual account issues.Customer support is a JOKE—every time I call, I get a different excuse, transferred endlessly, or told to "wait a few more days." No accountability, no escalation, just pure negligence.If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK. There are far better banks that actually respect their customers. Al Habib Bank doesn’t deserve a single rupee of anyone’s business.
This bank service is too bad to be honest , specially for villagers (like innocent people)Because whenever they see a innocent person from village ,the employees of this pathetic bank always kept some of the money for their pocket i sent my father yesterday to pay my university fee ,and they took the money , pay my fee and didn't give my father the full outstanding amount (remaining money) I share recent incident , but such thing happens always in this bank
Extremely Disappointing Banking ExperienceI have had nothing but frustration with Bank Al Habib. Their net banking system is outdated, slow, and unreliable—half the time, it doesn’t work properly. The mobile app feels like it's from a decade ago, full of glitches and poorly designed.The helpline is an absolute disaster. Long wait times, unhelpful staff, and no real solutions to problems. Instead of resolving issues, they keep redirecting you, making banking an exhausting experience.To top it off, their policies are structured like they are the "best bank" in the pakistan, but in reality, they are the worst when it comes to customer service and digital banking. If you want efficiency and modern banking, stay away from Bank Al Habib.Would never recommend this bank to anyone!
Its brings you in your knowledge that Very slow tortilla System Cash Counter are toooo slow to Handle the customers actively i come to Bank at 10:55 Hrs with Token number 27 and serving was 18 and after 37 Minutes my number came Cash person was Doing Nashata amazing please look into this and facilitate the Walk-in customer on priority.
