Now the bank manager Khurram of Lahore Gulshan Ravi branch is lying to me. He promised me to send me my debit card. I have the whole conversation on WhatsApp.It is really sad how they lie to overseas Pakistani's especially.Now they are telling me to come to Pakistan and get my debit card.
Poor service of issue solving. i am facing issue. ATM transaction not allowed error showing. i have visited many time in bank and contact to help line. but they are solving issue since 2 months. they have no idea about issue and solution. they are wasting my time. poor service. not responsive team. i have sent email but no positive response
