Attention : Banking Mohtasib, Governor State Bank, Me Abbas D Habib, Mr Kumail R HabibHello, I Syed Yousuf Raza Ali is a reputed customer of Bank Al Habib since long. I have been facing some illegal deductions from my bank account since last couple of months. When I asked the bank staff said it was the tax we didn’t deduct previously and now as we awake we are deducting.That’s truly not ethical, and I am looking to have a proper inquiry ion this kind of ill and non professional practice from a bank we trust with our money.Bank Al Habib is now a days becoming a threat for their customer, they are deducting whatever they want to deduct whether that’s a year old or more than that and named it we forget to deduct.I am very Annoyed how this Bank Al Habib treats the money of their customer irresponsibly and amazed how the state bank is allowing them to continue their lame practises.I need proper answer.1- why my money is deducted for the whole year which should be deducted monthly? Who is responsible?2- now as it was deducted for a year 2 months back again today dated 08/08/2023 they have deducted three months tax which was of year 2022, who is responsible?3- what is the guarantee that will not do this again with any customer and myself in the future?Bank Al Habib is not a professional bank we can trust further.How bad it looks as I am writing and they are not feeling any shame on these kind of acts.It is my request from upper management of Bank Al Habib and the responsible mohtasib and state bank to take action and give me proper justification. Else I have to go to the court for this matter.Awaiting for prompt and logical response.They are Not responding to emails

Bank Al Habib Limited,I am writing this review to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the illegal transfer of money from my account. I am a victim of fraud, and unfortunately, I strongly suspect that the branch bank representative was involved in this illegal activity.Initially, I received some suspicious messages and calls from unknown numbers asking me about my account details, which I ignored. Later, I noticed that a significant amount of money was transferred from my account without my consent or knowledge. When I noticed this, I immediately contacted the bank representative, I am convinced that the branch representative had a hand in this illegal activity because no bank representative called me on my personal number to inform me about the transaction. I even remember the name of the guy who sometimes asked me .How to hack an account or how to transfer money without passing any information. This clearly indicates that he had some knowledge about such activities, which makes him a prime suspect.It is unfortunate that even in Pakistan, banks are involved in fraudulent activities and pass on information to scammers.and snatcher I requested the bank to return my money within two or three days of reporting the matter, but there was no response. If you are not going to revert my amount or punish the criminal involved and share the account information of the criminals, then I will have to take legal action. I will be launching an FIR againstbankand reporting this matter to the State Bank of Pakistan and all relevant authorities globally, including the World Bank, to ensure that justice is served.you know my husband lived in Canada if you have any scammed in canadian banking system once you report within two or three days revert your amount.without any arrangements In conclusion, Bank Al Habib Limited should investigate this matter with urgency, and if there is any involvement of the bank representative, then strict action should be taken against them. I sincerely hope that the bank will take appropriate action and ensure that such incidents never occur again.Asiya ather w/o Muhammad atherhussain
