Prompt response to defective unit

We had an issue with one of our units. The squelch went crazy when near the dash. After verifying the issue is only the one unit, they promptly sent us a replacement. The new unit worked correctly.

I had an issue with my squelch and too much interference. The helpdesk emailed me within a few hours and outlined a solution for me. I tried it and it worked. Another impressive feature was the call back I got a day later. That’s good customer service. Great job Olivia keep it up

I was having some initial trouble…

I was having some initial trouble programming my Baofeng radios (5RM--GMRS radio) using a computer and the programming cable, but after reaching out to them, I received excellent advice in how to do it.I also received follow-up contacts making sure all was OK, which is frankly, amazing! I immediately purchased another Baofeng radio for amateur band use. Very pleased with the service I have received.

Quick and Prompt Response.

I was experiencing an issue with the DM32UV software, and I sent a tech service inquiry. I received a response within 24 hours with the solution.I believe that the issue I was experiencing is common, and I think it should have been included in the FAQ. However, excellent customer service.

Great customer service

I purchased a used-like new from recently and found the devices to good. After unboxing I found a missing component and reached out to the manufacturer who then promptly redirected me to the seller. I must say that both manufacturer & seller were on point to resolve my concern in a timely manner.I’m yet to put my device to field use, but I’m quite happy with the responses received in a timely manner from both manufacturer and seller.

I have one of their newest products and I had some questions. While some of them couldn't be answered right away, I have every confidence that they will get back to me soon. I have had several emails with a delightful customer service representative who has been very helpful and patient. I know where to go if I have more questions.

I found Baofeng customer service to be a cut above the rest. I had received a defective part in my new order. I sent a request for a replacement part, with a video at there directive.
