Problems with my new UV-17R

I ordered 2 UV-17R talkies from Baofeng and 1 of them did not work. I called customer service, and they replaced the defective radio and shipped it to me very quickly. I own many Baofeng radios, and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. Baofeng treated me with excellent customer support. I will continue to purchase Baofeng products.

Support at Baofengradio was kind enough to send me an e-document with the operating manual for my recently purchased Dual Band UV-21R handheld radio. Without it, I had no clue how the radio would function or how to use same. Thank you!
