There was incorrect stock information on the webshop, which I was unaware of. Support changed my order to a larger package at no extra cost. The day after ordering, I received a letter about what had happened, there was nothing further I could do. This is very considerate and generous.I am very satisfied with their customer service.
I got a DM-32UV, The unit was giving me issues and I had to return in after a month of troubleshooting myself and Baofeng techs. I was able to send the radio back and got a replacement unid 2ish weeks later. The new radio works as it should. Sometimes you just get a bad unit.
I am new to amateur radio and purchased a Baofeng radio as my first transceiver at the recommendation of an experienced amateur radio operator. It's hard to beat Baofeng's prices for a radio with as many features. Based on prior experience with transceivers or other parts of the spectrum, I was expecting to hear a lot of traffic. Also the transceiver I bought has a button that switches the receiver to the commercial FM radio broadcast band. I initially was not hearing any audio on any of the radio's bands or frequencies. It took a few e-mails back and forth with Baofeng's support department, but the replies were always helpful, prompt and polite. I learned that the particular model I bought does not receive commercial FM radio broadcasts, even though it has the button and the display - no big deal - that's not why I bought it, and after some coaching and experimentation I have heard transmissions on the other bands the radio receives. I commend Baofeng for its customer service quality, which is unfortunately too often not the case any more.

Olivia solved my driver problem with the new DM 32 UV model and Windows 11. I couldn't get the CPS to communicate with my laptop computer. She not only solved my problem, but she explained why it was problem. She even sent me the correct driver, with instructions on how to load it. Great customer service .
I had received a defective radio, it happens no big deal, but I reached out to customer support and had a response and return shipping to RMA in less then 72 hours. Thank you to Olivia who helped me out on Baofeng support team. Currently waiting to receive the new replacement radio and can't wait to test it out!
