Customer service, products and replacement!

I had an issue with one of my radios I ordered that came in a package of two. I noticed the issue and contacted baofeng’s customer service. They responded back the same day and helped me trouble shooting problems and was able to come to a solution immediately! Needless to say, I’ll always be a forever customer, not just for the products, but the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for you products and help. Definitely did not go unnoticed.
