I recently placed an order with Barclay. Unfortunately, the delivery time was quite long, which was a bit disappointing. However, when I contacted customer service about this, they were very helpful and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and kept me well informed about the status of my order. In the end, everything was handled properly and I received my order. Overall a good experience, with some room for improvement when it comes to delivery times.
Stay away from this company at all costs. I ordered a dress two sizes S and M as I was not sure which would fit. On removing the package immediately I could tell the S was too small and the M was faulty as the zip at the back was stuck so I could not try the dress. I wrote to them asking for return and refund process and they want to give me a 40% credit with no refund! This is in complete violation of UK consumer rights and possibly the EU.
Just about everything wrong with this company, absolutely do not use. Late delivery, cheap shoddy fabric, no tags on either item so who knows where they had been before, dreadful refund policy and do not deserve even the one star I was forced to give them in order to register my review.
Please don’t buy from them. Their product quality is very bad and they don’t accept returns. You have to ship them back to china or accept a 30% refund. They are based in China not Europe which you are led to believe.they do not need to follow the European returns laws they can do whatever they like. The product quality is so bad. It is shocking.
