Absolutely fake website from China. With fake clothes and endless shipping times. Everything is organised that they send you fake and defective clothes and then try to collect money again via the returns, because returns to China are expensive. DON`T ORDER THERE!!! If you do, try to get back your money via PayPal.
I also wish I read the first! The hoodie I ordered is completely different from the pictures showed on the website, shocking quality and not worth the money I paid for it..Have messaged customer services, but I haven’t heard back..Definitely to be avoided-total scam!
I wish I had reaad the reviewsd before I ordered. They claim to be in the UK but are sending fake goods from China which are of very poor quality. It is impossible to make a return. I wish I could get my money back. This is a scam company. They should not be allowed to advertise that they are in the UK if they are not.
As all previous reviews say a total scam company. If you are unfortunate to have ordered before reading these reviews make a claim through your card/bank for a refund as this is basic misrepresentation. Unfortunately most orders will be under the £100 threshold for UK section 75 consumer credit act but will qualify under chargeback for items not as described. I had to laugh when I opened the package as it was such a piece of rubbish but lesson learnt.
please do not order from this company.I ordered what was supposed to be a Cashmere jumper and it certainly was not Cashmere, It had all the labels removed and it was just very poor man-made fibreI have asked for a refund but really don't hold out to much hope for it
Please, please, please DO NOT use this clothing company. I ordered a jumper from their website which said it was cashmere in a baby blue colour and when it eventually arrived it was a dull grey blue made from 100 percent man made fibres. I wanted to return the item for a full refund as I believe it was not what was described. It was not the quality that I expected either but the company told me that it would cost me £20-40 to return it, this cannot be right.
