Don't buy from this company.Received a jumper that was advertised as cashmere which was nothing of the kind. Initially I was offered a 10% refund. After many email exchanges I finally settled for 50% and do not have to return the jumper. Shameful practices going on with this company.
This “company “ sent me the incorrect sizes of what I ordered. They are refusing to pay for the return even though THEY are the ones who made the error. Can’t make this stuff up. And don’t even get me started on the quality. It is crap. Did not arrive with tags and the label is hanging off of it. You would think that their customer service would make up for the trash that they selll but you would be incorrect. Total junk. DO NOT PURCHASE from this store
I ordered a jacket from Barclay & Bloom and was extremely disappointed with the quality on arrival. The material, construction, and overall finish were far below what was advertised on the website and nowhere near acceptable for the price paid. The item did not match the description and lacked expected design and branding details.When I contacted customer support, I was told returns must be sent back to their warehouse in China at my own expense, with shipping costs quoted at €20–€40 — nearly half the value of the jacket. This was despite the return being due to poor quality and misrepresentation, not a change of mind.Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was offered either to pay the excessive return cost, accept a 10% partial refund and keep the jacket, or pay extra for a replacement. None of these options adequately address receiving an item that is not as described.Overall, the quality, customer service response, and returns process were extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering, particularly given the high return costs and lack of accountability when items fall below advertised standards
This company is operating on a complete con. They advertise a product, but what arrives is nothing like what they advertised, different product completely. Then due to the T's and C's you are unable to get refund as the warehouse to send the item back to is in China and would cost half as much again to send back. It's a scam - do not buy from this company.
