Scammers. Bought 3 items and they sent 2. Such poor quality can’t ware.Plus, No fibre composition or manufacturing /importer labelling. 100% unlawful distribution and sale of goods. Needs shutting down before anyone else gets scammed.

Avoid this website like the plague!!

Avoid this website like the plague!!! They have images of other products on their website and reel you in, then send you items that look nothing like what you have ordered. ……. And then when you try to get your money back they offer you a measly 10%! I paid £42 for a luxurious, thick, fully lined teddy fleece jacket in caramel colour. What did I receive I hear you ask?…..Well, I got a cheap, see through, dark brown, un-lined, fishy smelling item that I wouldn’t even call I jacket. I supplied them with images proving this is not what I ordered and still I am fighting to get a refund. I have now had to open a dispute with my bank.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I made an order on 30th of September and on the 23th of October my order still hasn't arrived. They keep telling me lies on the emails, saying that they will check where is my order and blah blah. I asked for a refund but haven't received anything. Avoid this at any costs!

Scam company

This is a complete scam. I found this website and thought the sell some nice items. Made my order and should have done research first. They are a Chinese company that runs there operation from Holland . You think that you dealing with a uk company , but you are not.The items I ordered a jacket and waistcoat were such poor quality . Then you find out that the returns policy is so expensive because it has to go back to china. They offer you 10% refund and tell you can keep the item. After several emails i managed to 30% refund.Do not use this company .

AWFUL!!!!

AWFUL! Ordered the red velvet blazer for £40 and what arrived looked like a prank piece of cloth from the "fancy dress party shop". It looks like a clown cloth. Im furious at the misrepresentation of advertising of this company. I am sick of all the chinese rubbish that gets sent to us. These chinese companies posing themselves as british companies and send out chinese rubbish at premium prices. I will never buy anything online again. These businesses should be vetted properly before allowing to trade to the UK. We dont want your tacky crap! I want a full refund!

Purchased item from them that was really badly made at the wrong size on every level. I asked them what’s your return policy? the item you bought can’t be returned as it cost too much to send back to China. But what you will get offered is a 10% discount.I told them that this wasn’t acceptable, and which they agreed to give me 20%. I then said I wasn’t happy with this as alterations were gonna cost me £55 I wished for at least 50% . I sent them the receipt said I wasn’t happy with this as alterations we’re gonna cost me £55. I sent them the receipt for this… then they reverted back and said oh because you’ve had altered we can now only give you 10% Do not buy from this company absolute joke.

SCAM FROM TOP TO BOTTOM

I ordered a white crew neck from Barclay Bloom, as they made the images the model wore look rather attractive. The order took a few weeks to arrive (which I thought was a little strange) and I was horrified to open the package and see how different the 'crew neck' looked. The jumper was evidently fake and of terrible quality and had arrived from China, hence the delay in arrival time. I then contacted customer services regarding my want to return and there policy is 30 days to return. It takes them around a week for a response and the response is clearly one of an automated type that reiterates the return is to their warehouse in China and it will cost you effectively £50 to return. This is therefore not worth the return as that price to return is effectively the price of the fake goods they sell. Do not buy from Barclay Bloom, genuinely the worst retailer I have ever purchased from!

Absolutely awful experience

absolutely awful experience. The outfit I purchased was of the poorest quality, with no label and sent via China. When I contacted the Company for details to return the items, they have simply not responded to anything. This seems like a scam. Do not buy from this Company.

My order never arrived

My order never arrived. Charged £70 for 3 shifts and received nothing. Emailed the company and used their chat service and received zero response after weeks.
