I can hardly believe my amazingly good fortune to have had Kerri answer my phone call! Having worked as a fitter in stores, she was the perfect person to sort out my vexing ongoing bra sizing issue. She knew just what to ask me, had me do specific measurements, and then settled on two possible sizes that were completely new to me. I so look forward to trying on my new bras, and to working with Kerri again! Give that girl a promotion!! xoxox
I really appreciated being able to speak with someone knowledgeable and who could help me find the right bras. Kerri couldn’t have been more helpful. Also being able to speak with her after receiving my order and go over choosing other alternatives was very helpful.

I had placed an order during a huge 30% off sale. Anyone who knows about quality bras and who is on the bustier side knows bras are EXPENSIVE!! Well, I shopped my face off and was ready for my goodies when I noticed after several days my FedEx package had been sitting in the same spot for one week. This prompted me to call and Kimberly was on the other end of the line. She was able to determine my shipment likely did not get a different tracking number resulting in my package being lost but would confirm for certain by morning via email or phone call. Well, she refunded my money promptly and created a new shopping bag with all of my previously selected items. Let me tell y’all, the customer service was outstanding. I received that follow-up email confirming the package was indeed lost so I was able to repurchase my items. Here’s the extra: not only had Kim created my shopping bag and had it sent to me as a shared bag (meaning she could see my bag on her end), it included a wonderful discount code. Baby, Kim went even further and had my package expedited, you hear me?!? First-class service!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Yes, the hiccup was sucky but the customer service recovery made all that disappear. Customer service will ALWAYS be the determining factor in whether I will purchase from a company and BareNecessities has just made a forever customer.
