Placed a request on site for Gardner and within hour got a phone call , made arrangements to come see what was required and that happened next day . Arranged to come back couple days later to measure and that too happened but have heard nothing since . Appreciate life is busy, and hopefully will hear very soon as I liked his ideas .
Within seconds of Googling "jet washers near me" I received a phone call from a company and thevdeal was done.
Two days later the job was done and my neighbours's gardens too.
Excellent job - all the right equipment to do the work- very efficient, on time, friendly young men and hard workers

I feel that the adverts are misleading. for example, a decorator for £220. Unfortunately, my experience was that a painter through Bark charged me £720 for 2 medium sized rooms, painting walls only and with no prep or gloss paint used. The way the price was given to me was ambiguous at best and I was misled into thinking it was £360 for both rooms. I guess we live and learn!
We Spend £730 in credit packs just to get hired only 16 times that's a less than 1% conversion rate & £45-£50 per lead, this is a gambling site where they steal traders money by mixing real leads with fake ones
they also hire there own staff to post & pose as fake leads to try and make you spend your credits quicker..
This company needs to be investigated for illegal online, gambling & Racketeering. they have regularly ignored their own credit returns policy when contact details are invalid..
I have caught out several ppl as bark employees. just need to get them on recording...
customers not answering phone calls or emails is a clear sign of bark employees posting fake jobs to game traders into wasting credit packs quicker, so they are forced to buy more credits...
Unlike bark i can provide full documented evidence of the suspect nature of their leads.
jobs are not worth the value of each credits spends
1 credit per job is the true value but they charge 5, 7 & 10 credits for jobs that don't even cover the cost of credit packs
Avoid this scam company they don't care & they just steal your money

I have been using Bark for about three months, I have had only 6 jobs after making 42 phone calls estimates & emails, the six jobs I got barely covered the money spent on three credit packs.
The problem here is that bark mixes real leads with fake ones, while ignoring ppl who complain that they are actively faking their leads, using there own employees to do it.
During several a phone calls to ppl who i thought were proper leads for jobs, that i had spent credits on to contact, it become very clear during those calls, that i was actually talking to a bark employee, whom was pretending to be a customer, i could even hear a male voice in the background telling the person what to say to me.
Obviously I complained but was ignored & they soon tried to pull down the leads in question, to hide them, but I had already recorded all the contact data & screenshots so they can not worm their way out of it.
I have assessed barks current model & found that they are not a proper lead generating company & by mixing fake leads with real ones, they are deliberately frustrating business owners, into spending money on credits before they would otherwise need to.
to assist this they allow up to five ppl to purchase the lead making any genuine lead a 1 in 10,000 gamble that it will result in a job being taken by the lead.
so to round off after having used the site three times to purchase credits, i have found that the site operates like an unlicensed gambling site
In the first instance it's a gamble that the customer even reads BARKS emails
In second its a 1 in 5 gamble that your quote will be accepted.. because you allow five others to reply to leads purchased by me..
In the third instance it's a gamble that there is even a job there and the customer will reply to messages of contact or phone calls
In the fourth instance it's a gamble that the customer even has an intention of making a purchase & IS NOT PRICE SHOPPING TO WASTE OUR CREDITS
In the fifth instance it's a gamble that the ad posted is not a fake profile used by bark employees to artificially post jobs that don't exist.
In the sixth instance it's a gamble that the job on the lead purchased has not already been carried out weeks ago, and you effectively purchase a lead that had not been taken down.
They will try to reply to this with the same old robotic reply, but the truth is laid bare for all to see do not give these ppl your money, they are a gambling site & it is a matter of time before they are shutdown

Yes you do create fake leads, we have proof of you doing it, we have even done all that you suggested and were ignored despite providing said proof screen shots copies of messages..
So clearly your reply is just another scripted lie, ppl will never use bark now they know your leads are fake..
Bark is totally misleading. It says "freelancers" but in fact if you are looking for a freelance developer its 100% agencies. AS soon as you post you get 100 calls a day non stop by agencies.
There's no contact, support links nothing. There's no way to delete your account so they have your info and sell it to others. BEWARE!!!! Its misleading website
I posted an ad for cleaning in Bark and almost immediately Orenda Infinity Cleaning contacted me and I received an incredibly fast and quality service. I recommend it and will definitely trust it again when I'm looking for a professional.
This company for starters are scammers. The 8% of people who have gone ahead and went on to give a negative review are the true 'tradepeople'. For the rest statistic as put together by Trust pilot's AI (which is no fault of Trust pilot) are people who at the backend of the solution are writing up the so called good reviews.
Let's start, this company advertises leads for sale. When you sign up with all the 'get money back guarantee' it a damm waste of time becuase ypu wont get nothing back. All the leads you are given end up as a complete waste of time. One will be better off looking for leads by sharing out flyers to prospective clients on the street at designated locations.
How does a company claim they got leads, same leads that are not viable? For instance, you a given a lead or some leads for the day, you call or send emails, some never bother to respond and when you try hard to put a call through to discuss their requirements they tell you that either the job has long been done or they have no interest in continuing with project. Most of the times, these so called lead never respond to any form of contact. THIS IS A FACT AND I STAND TO BE CORRECTED BY THOSE CLAIMING THEY HAVE GOTTEN JOBS THROUGH THE SERVICE.
It is pertinent to understand that it is wrong for a company to claim to be rendering a service in the United Kingdom and use their resources to decieve prospective trademen and women to split ways with their hard earned income. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.
We all know how leads generation for a company is important and i mean especially established companies, making it vital for their overall success. A company that renders services should thrive on 'realistic leads' that fosters growth, success and development. We know as experienced sales people that like sales and marketing, leads for businesses is like a pipeline or funnel. Most credible leads turn out to be authentic despite the ' waiting period' for which these leads could be turned into actual sales. If the leads given have been done by these Tradespeople, why then when you call a lead, he or she says sorry the job has already been done 3 days ago. If its not a scam program , why dont they remove the leads immediately by ensuring they contact the leads contact to ensure a full cycle for the purpose of settling all prospective leads. Once a lead has been used the lead should be deleted from the platform. But no, this is where they make the money, same lead is sold to millions of prospective Tradespeople who fall for their adverts and rush to sign up for the service..
If we have 300000 prospectuve trademen and women looking for leads who sign up for this wretched service and going by their signup fees we will be looking at a company fraudulently collecting monies from these prospective trades people to the tune of £2.4m for these leads generation scam.
I think the UK government should regulate this industry and i am particularly calling on the secretary for rrade and investment to take a serious look at the negative impact of these companies on business men and women looking for a legitimate way to run a business.

John, our trainer spent 5 hours on his first visit, teaching us and Daisy 4 or 5 training exercises that dealt with her anxiety and problems with her pulling on her leash. He was extremely good with Daisy and all fear was removed as he showed us various methods to use, to assist with controlling her, when people come and go into the house. Besides hands on training, he supplied numerous handouts with instructions, and a training schedule for us to do with Daisy. With John as our trainer,and consistent use of his words and instructions, we are optimistic for successful outcomes with Daisy.
I was able to be very specific with what I wanted done and couldn't believe how quickly I was matched with potential gardeners. Two of the gardeners called directly and I was able to discuss further and send a video via whatsapp of the garden - this was the best aporoach in my opinion
Andy Elgin and his co worker replaced our fence recently . I would throughly recommend him because
- He responded quickly by phone
- made an appointment for the next morning -gave me an competitive estimate
-sent me photographs of the fence he would use
when I had done my rearch I got back to him and arranged a day to install . He came and did the work at a weekend all completed same day .
-He removed the old fence and associated rubbish and throughout was kind ,courteous and showed his skill and care .He does landscaping and patios and building projects .An all round great job done in prompt , competent way
