I was told I had to move out of my rental in May and felt anxious at the thought of finding something suitable. I had the pleasure of meeting Megan from the Epsom branch. Megan has gone above and beyond to help me. She always kept in touch, she has been reassuring and always approachable and professional. When she went on holiday, she put me in contact with her colleague Courtney as prior to her going away, I saw a property advertised that I really wanted. Megan made sure that everything was in place before she went away and took time out of her day on holiday to touch base with her colleague about this property. Thank you so much Megan!

This company forces you to use their mortgage brokers service no matter what! More often than not they cant beat the deal you have and if you disagree with them they force you out! Please make sure you report them to trading standards as they have been getting away with it for years and enough is enough. I worked for them and could not believe what I experienced. I am in the process of speaking with Trading Standards and hopefully it looks like they are going to be investigated again. If we keep doing it eventually they will be fined or worse told to cease trading now that would be great!!
Spoke to Danny in Thornton Heath office to arrange to view a property for sale. He was rude and unpleasant from the get go. It was obvious to me that he has an attitude problem and his manner was rude and abrupt throughout the conversation.He offered an 11am viewing on Saturday and I politely asked him if he could make it a bit later and his response was to hang up on me! How rude! I phoned back and reluctantly accepted 11am but he continued to be rude and unpleasant. My partner attended the viewing(I was held up) and Danny was rude and unpleasant to her as well! Where do they get these people from?!I have had problems with Barnard Marcus,Thornton Heath before. The staff are rude and unpleasant and I would advise you to avoid this agent.
Have not assisting me to get my deposit (SUTTON BRANCH near the Sutton Station)They have not assisting me to get my deposit released by the landlord and No comment from the landlord as to any issues till to now and only ask me to wait. But my lease agreement ended since 27 February 2024. Even I enquire to them, but they suggested that I raise a dispute and still no any response.I appeal to all landlords not to place listings in this house as much as possible, so as not to cause more trouble for tenants.
I emailed and later telephoned and left a message, I was interested in 6 lots for our btl portfolio, Unfortunately Callum Glenn could not be bothered to return the call.So we continue to use Savills and other auction houses! When it comes time for us to sell .. guess who we won’t be instructing!!!
