This branch has friendly also professional staff, that from day one were very helpful when I contacted them. My agent was Millie and she is a diamond. She listened to what I wanted, explained the process through to completion, also provided me with options to help me make an informed decision. I cannot thank her enough. So I am extremely happy to recommend this company, especially the staff at this branch, who I found to be knowledgeable, polite and prepared to go that extra mile.

I've been a single tenant since October 2023 and I've raised 2 simple requests to the letting agency since then without any feedback or resolution up to this date. They haven't provided a second set of keys as I asked to have a spare in case I have family visiting or for any emergency. They also haven't provided me the landlord details as I need to apply for visitor parking though the council and I can't do it without the landlord's information. It's absolutely unbelievable no one can help me with this for 4 months and I have no hope they will.
The agent i spoke too had already answered 90% of my questions before i even had the chance to think of them myself!From the very start to end i felt supported and confident leaving the responsability with them.Highly recommend for an efficient and thorough service!
I had a positive experience with Barnard Marcus, specifically with Zuzanna. She went above and beyond to find a property for me and tried to fit my specifications as much as possible.I have never had such an outgoing and positive experience with an estate agent. We helped move our son into a house managed by this crew… all smiles when they handed over the keys…. All downhill from there.1) toilet does not flush2) no heating3) disgusting mattress in one room 4) no hot water5) non- functioning shower but there is no hot water anyway.6) massive hole in wall behind washing machine So if you are a tenant be ware!!! And if you are a landlord…. Watch them like a hawk… your brand is being damaged.Get a grip people!!!
