My job involves contact with several independent actuarial consultancies around the world, including Barnett Waddingham for nearly 10 years now. They are professional and highly knowledgeable - as demonstrated through the many technical presentations, covering a broad range of topics, that they have given to the organisation I work for. I have always found them to be reliable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitations in recommending this firm.

Seriously - don't - dont get involved with these people. Their attitude sucks, big time. Customer service, ha b***y ha. Customer care, they are SO detached from reality they dont even understand the concept. As for any forwards planning regarding your instructions, it's like pushing wet muck uphill with a fork. Cost me a lot of money being with them and i regret not researching them independently. PS- it took them seven months and one week to reply to this review.. Point made?

It would appear that this company refuses to accept any rulings issued by HMRC. For my part I feel that the results of my own extensive investigations supported by HMRC are ignored. I have no confidence in their competence. Also the recent Court Ruling regarding Lloyd’s Pensions in 2018 has not yet been implemented. This ruling acknowledged that £millions are owed to pensioners.
